The altitude is only half the reason people are breathless in this city. A canyon of colour and culture, with the vibrancy of a developing country clashing with westernization.
The vertical streets and parks where not enough to deter me from my daily jog. My determination to jog at high altitude earned me great respect from my fellow adventurers despite initial claims of lunacy.
